Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.


Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards.

  • Downloadable software products.

  • Some health and personal care items.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Book with obvious signs of use.

  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer returns unless the chain is damaged. If this happens, please email us a photo of the damaged item along with your order number within 14 days.

Please note: if an order is returned because the recipient refused to pay customs fees, we may issue only a partial refund or, in some cases, no refund at all. Processing fees will typically be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded. We do not accept responsibility for unexpected customs duties; these are the buyer’s responsibility.

If your order cannot be delivered because the shipping address or the recipient’s name was provided incorrectly, and the package is returned to us, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure to enter the full and correct shipping details when placing your order.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure about your specific item, please reach out to us.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within a few business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at sodat.official@gmail.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
